If we are going to achieve housing affordability, circularity in the construction industry and a net zero electricity grid then a key part of the puzzle is how we are going to improve our existing housing stock, whether that be houses or apartments, to make it possible to heat and cool them in warming climate and maintain a healthy indoor air environment.
