Category 2. Laughter for positivity and fun. Here we will highlight how laughter contributes to a positive mindset and how it helps to lighten up and not take everything so seriously. This link is to another popular TV show to demonstrate this

Category 3. Laughter for Personal and Business Health. Here we will highlight how laughter is not only therapeutic if we become sick, but how it promotes wellness. Healthy People Healthy Business.
