Today, Merivale has unveiled its ambitious blueprint to establish an interconnected hospitality hub in Sydney's CBD, encompassing a boutique hotel, an array of dining experiences, wellness amenities, and premium office spaces.
The company aims to tastefully repurpose five contiguous underutilised heritage edifices within the King, York, Clarence, and Barrack Streets vicinity. This initiative seeks to cultivate a diverse and engaging hospitality and entertainment locale, enhancing the area for residents and visitors while contributing to Sydney's reputation as a vibrant, globally recognised 24/7 city.
Merivale is preparing to present its development application to the City of Sydney Council next month. The proposal envisions integrating the five existing structures under a unified master plan, facilitating the establishment of interconnected hospitality, entertainment, lodging, and office facilities on the premises. Visitors will have the freedom to move seamlessly between buildings and venues, indulging in the diverse offerings of this vibrant precinct.
