Alex has established himself as a leader with over 18 years’ experience in the EPC business for the development of industrial plants across various industries, including oil and gas, refining, chemicals, power generation, semiconductors, and electronics as well as consumer products and food & beverage manufacturing.

He started his career in the oil and gas sector where he spent nine years in Caltex (Chevron), leading business development and operations encompassing retail network development and petroleum distribution strategy. He also became Vice President of Business Development at AG Araja Construction for nine years, prior to joining AG&P.

In 2016, Alex joined AG&P as Head of Business Development in the Philippines and rose through the ranks - leading Regional then Global Business Development Head in a span of five years. In 2022, he assumed the role of President and Managing Director, Global Business Development for AG&P Industrial. In 2025, he was appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of AG&P Americas.

Alex graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Commerce, Major in Business Management from De La Salle University in 1997.
