Neet Singh is the WHS Performance & Programs Manager at Downer, driving safety strategy, critical risk initiatives, and behavioural improvement across the Downer - Social Infrastructure & Citizen Services division. His portfolio focuses on designing and governing critical improvement programs that strengthen frontline decision-making, reduce harm, and build sustainable capability in complex, high-risk environments.
With a background in technology, engineering and data sciences, Neet applies systems thinking, data analysis, Machine Learning & AI, and contemporary learning methods to build intuitive WHS systems that lift operational performance and organisational risk maturity. His work promotes a deeper understanding of how work is actually performed, helping leaders build capacity, adapt to variability, and learn from everyday operations.
Neet serves as the Deputy Chair and Secretary of the AIHS NSW Branch Committee and is the 2025 winner of the AIHS Safety Awards Rising Star category.
