Monica is a leader with over 15 years of experience spanning decarbonisation, innovation, strategic transformation, engineering and technology. As Materials Decarbonisation Innovation Lead at Laing O’Rourke, Monica drives the identification and implementation of innovative solutions, underpinned by strategic planning and collaborative partnerships, to accelerate the decarbonisation of the built environment.

Throughout her career, Monica has applied deep technical and strategic expertise in delivering impactful solutions across materials decarbonisation, emerging technologies, modern methods of construction, digital products, and knowledge management.

Monica holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering and a Doctor of Philosophy in Engineering from the University of Sydney.
