With over two decades of global experience spanning multiple industries, including corporate real estate, aviation, health, and retail, I am a highly motivated WHS strategic leader. Currently, I serve as the Global WHS Director for Macquarie Bank's Corporate Real Estate division, where I am responsible for the development and execution of the Corporate Real Estate (CRE) WHS strategic plan. My role involves crafting the Global CRE WHS Framework and protocols, as well as leading the WHS Assurance and Governance Programs to ensure a robust safety and risk management within CRE.

Throughout my career, I have demonstrated expertise in developing and leading WHS, risk, and compliance strategic initiatives, managing large professional teams across diverse industries. My operational, risk, and strategic leadership skills have consistently driven excellence in WHS, resulting in positive client outcomes. I am adept at delivering initiatives at the board level and am recognized as a specialist in creating management systems, standards, procedures, and guidelines that meet government compliance requirements.

I actively collaborate with key service providers and internal stakeholders to foster a positive safety and risk culture, ensuring that our strategic goals align with the highest standards of health and safety.
