James Wallace is an experienced leader in safety, health, wellbeing, and general operations. He has 25 years’ experience leading teams across utilities, banking, and customer services.
James has a strong belief that the workplace can be a place where people can go home better than they arrived. He is passionate about delivering evidence-based programs that improve individual and organisational wellbeing. James and his team are currently focused on identifying and controlling psychosocial hazards, and using this process to maximise utilisation of proven wellbeing programs.
