With almost 25 years’ industry experience, Jennifer heads up the legal function as General Counsel at Richard Crookes Construction (RCC), bringing a conciliatory, non-adversarial approach to RCC’s legal and corporate governance matters.

Jennifer spent the first 10 years of her career in private practice, specialising in the procurement and delivery of complex, mega construction and infrastructure projects. After moving in house, Jennifer worked for developers, Tier 1 contractors and financial advisors on a broad range of projects and transactions.

Jennifer has spent the last few years building and consolidating RCC’s legal function, driving initiatives that encourage operational excellence and leading proactive and constructive dialogue across the business and with RCC clients.

Jennifer is a passionate supporter of gender equity across the construction and infrastructure industry, and she is a dedicated mentor and sponsor in various industry programs.
