I am the Founder of WICAT - Women In Construction And Trade (Fiji). We have a membership network of more than 200 women working within the industry. I am the owner of Realm Management - a Property and Construction Project Operational Management company in Fiji with the mission of employing as many women in our teams whether in the office or out in the field.
