She has recently launched HUMN Works, a thought leadership and consultancy platform designed to support businesses as they navigate the rapid shifts created by AI, changing workforce expectations, and the evolving nature of human connection at work. Klara’s work focuses on how AI-driven insights can enhance collaboration, decision-making, and performance, while protecting the relational, emotional, and cultural elements that allow people and organisations to thrive. With experience across workplace experience design, gatherings, and human behaviour, she brings a practical, grounded perspective on using AI as a support tool, not a substitute for human judgment.
