With over 5 years of hands-on experience in project management and a strong academic foundation in construction management, I am passionate about creating smarter, more sustainable, and environmentally friendly construction systems. My focus is on reducing waste, improving efficiency, and delivering projects that save both time and cost—making a lasting impact on our world. At the same time, I am committed to breaking barriers in this male-dominated industry by challenging outdated stereotypes and supporting women in engineering.
