Mel has over 15 years’ experience in career guidance providing support to people of all ages with their career development plans. Mel is highly experienced in providing women with pathways that will support growth, build confidence, and provide career satisfaction.

EWIT are working to shift the dial and see 30% of trade roles filled by women by 2030. Through working with industry to change culture to one of diversity, inclusion and a place that all humans can see a career pathway.
