Melinda is an Associate and Interior Designer at Billard Leece Partnership with over 10 years of experience working across a broad of design projects from residential, commercial, retail, and community hospital redevelopments. Melinda is committed to delivering successful design and built outcomes through thoughtful planning and a comprehensive understanding of the entire design and construction process. It was from her contributions to major construction projects including the Campbelltown Hospital Development, Sydney Children's Hospital Westmead, and the Sydney Children's Hospital and Minderoo Children's Comprehensive Cancer Centre that she developed an interest in creating community spaces that support connections and wellbeing. She is committed to creating environments that balance intention and challenge creativity with practicality, functionality, and buildability
