Samantha Ellinson is a designer working across hospitality, residential, and workplace projects with over 16 years’ experience creating spaces that balance commercial performance with meaningful human experience, guided by a strategic and sustainable approach that responds to business needs, human behaviour, and the broader ecological context.
Samantha’s design perspective was shaped through early professional practice in Europe before joining Cox Architecture, where she has developed a strong reputation for translating brand and business strategy into clear, authentic spatial language. Her work focuses on creating places that feel intuitive, memorable, and enduring.
Recent hospitality projects include Genzo Japanese Restaurant, Sol Wine & Bread, and Una Providore (Sydney, 2025), as well as Poetica Restaurant & Bar and The Charles Brasserie at 66 King Street (Sydney, 2023), and Glory Days Restaurant.
