Sarah is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor (MRICS, MAIQS) with more than 16 years’ experience delivering high-quality commercial and technical developments and precincts across Australia and the UK.
Sarah brings broad sector experience spanning healthcare, high-end residential, aged care, commercial offices, aviation, public & civic, and mixed‑use. This breadth enables her to adapt quickly and add value across complex and varied delivery environments.
Prior to joining WT in February 2026 as State Director focusing on the health sector, she has been dedicated to the successful delivery of large, complex hospital projects across New South Wales and Queensland. Sarah has led major healthcare developments from a commercial and financial perspective, including the prestigious Queen Elizabeth II Jubilee Hospital, where she played a key role in managing risk and driving strong commercial outcomes.
Sarah’s expertise includes quantity surveying, project management, contract administration, and expert witness services. She has extensive experience administering GC21, NEC, and JCT contracts across multiple procurement models, including Managing Contracting.
A passionate people leader, Sarah is committed to developing high-performing teams and supporting professional growth. She is actively involved with RICS as a Councillor for candidates and committee contributor, reflecting her dedication to shaping the next generation of industry professionals.
