Stace is a senior property executive & leader with some 25 years’ experience in the corporate real estate and property development industry working across most sectors, with senior leadership roles at ING Real Estate, Panthers Group, Western Sydney University and has been with Property & Development NSW since April 2015. Extensive experience managing large urban developments, complex planning pathways, stakeholder and government management, joint venture & structured deals, leasing & divestment programs.
A key focus over the last six years has been leading the strategy, business cases, procurement, design & delivery of some 310,000m2 (~$610m) of modern flexible hybrid workplace accommodation for the NSW Government. This included securing the largest government lease pre-commitment being 65,000m2 at 4 Parramatta Square. In 2022 the portfolio & asset management team transferred to Stace which manages the NSW Governments 1.3Mm2 of leased & owned commercial portfolio, a ~$670M pa rent roll. He also leads the NSW Governments Future of Workplace working group looking at portfolio strategies, utilisation planning, workplace design, and technology.
