Her expertise spans development management, client relationship management, strategic planning, and asset and leasing management. An award winning leader, she is passionate about every facet of her work, and committed to delivering exceptional results on every project. 
 
Establishing her roots at CBRE where she honed her skills and laid the foundation for a successful career in the property industry; Tanya proudly joined the NSW Government’s central property agency, the Property & Development NSW team within the Department of Planning, Housing and Industry, and quickly became the specialist in the area of design and delivery of government Workplace Hub projects. Tanya has lead the development of over 90,000m², circa $290M, including sites at 52 Martin Place, 6 Parramatta Square, Coffs Harbour and The Store, Newcastle.
