Construction Project Manager with over 14 years of experience in both construction and client side developments. Responsible for the origination, design management and delivery of commercial, residential, industrial and retail projects across Australia and the US.

As Project Manager on the Sydney Metro Martin Place project, Cecilia is responsible for the leading the project team, delivering design and the financial management of the contract and is the project point person in dealing with clients, authorities and other project stakeholders.

Most recently, Cecilia completed the $1.5billion dollar extension to the existing Javits Center in Hudson Yards, New York. As the Project Manager on the Javits Center Expansion, Cecilia was responsible for the tender, design and delivery of the Rooftop Pavilion, Outdoor Terrace, Landscaping & Irrigation, Farm, Greenhouse and Commercial Kitchens and led a 20-person team of project engineers, commercial managers, superintendents, and design managers. The GMP variation comprised a 200,000-square-foot rooftop of the new 1.2m square feet expansion, featuring a 15,000 square feet enclosed glass pavilion capable of hosting 1,500 guests year-round, an outdoor terrace, and a 1.5-acre farm including a greenhouse, which will create a fully sustainable farm to table 7-acre roof garden, an orchard with apple and pear trees, 3,000 solar panels, making it the largest solar farm in Manhattan, and two underground retention cisterns to capture and treat rainwater for irrigation.
