Chhavi Shaw, is an Industry Innovation Specialist with TAFE NSW. She has forged a successful career of almost 15 years in the Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector. She draws her diverse skill set, knowledge and experience across multiple industry sectors to create immediate value. While aligned to the TAFE NSW Construction and Engineering portfolio for the last four years, she has spearheaded multiple industry consultations and collaborations to deliver bespoke training product development and educational pathways through innovative and mutually beneficial high-value partnerships. More recently, she has been passionately driving ground-breaking and exciting educational pathway solutions to support construction as a viable and equitable career choice for women.
