Erika Groll is an Inspector with SafeWork NSW for more than 16 years. She is currently with the Psychological Health and Safety Team. Erika has a health, occupational rehabilitation and WHS background before coming to SafeWork NSW. She has also undertaken complex investigations in a variety of WHS including for matters of workplace stress, violence, fatigue and workplace bullying.
