Gus is an Electronics Engineer and Security Consultant with over 30 years of experience in the Electronics Security Industry, having worked in various multinational organizations in management and engineering roles. He currently leads a team of Security Consultants providing services to major critical infrastructures in Australia and the APAC region.

His expertise in risk assessments and management, efficient design, project management, and electronics has led him to deliver hundreds of high-profile projects in Sydney and overseas, including data centres, banking, hospitals, critical facilities, and others.

Gus is also passionate about Public Speaking, having had a major advancement in his career after learning the skills of presenting professionally. He has been a Public Speaking and Leadership Coach for over 15 years.

He has personal experience with tackling mental health in the construction industry and can share a wealth of experience helping people suffering from depression or having suicidal ideas.
