Jane is a registered and practicing adjudicator and solicitor based in Mittagong NSW, with over 23 years’ experience in construction disputes. For the last 11 years she has been a legal practitioner director for Jane Button & Associates Pty Ltd, a specialist construction law practice. She has appeared in contested matters in all jurisdictions including NCAT and both state and federal courts.

She has previously worked for Baker McKenzie, Thomson Geer and Neca Legal Pty Ltd.

She acted for the appellant in the landmark decision of Uszok v Henley Properties (NSW) Pty Ltd [2007] NSWCA 31 and for the plaintiff in Baulderstone Hornibrook Pty Ltd v HBO+DC Pty Ltd [2001] NSWSC 821.

Jane is an accredited adjudicator in both NSW and Queensland and member of Resolution Institute.
