Julie Henderson is fortified with 19 years of rail and construction industry experience in both Regulatory and operating environments, within the Government and Private sectors. Julie is a highly motivated individual with a flair for the development and implementation of effective communication management systems. Julie’s ability to establish positive relationships to influence change and improve outcomes, is an embedded inspiration.

Julie’s passion in her work, is reflected in the diverse portfolio of key stakeholders who contribute and endorse effective and focused outcomes daily. Julie’s aim is to leave a positive legacy not just for the communities but inspire and accommodate the basic human need for giving to others. Her tenacity in creating the Community Initiatives program, which was rolled out in 2019, was created with that very intention. Since then Julie has a cultivated a team as committed to ensuring and prospering that outcome.

Whilst being an inspiring leader, Julie is a true advocate in empowering others to clearly understand the overall project goals and how they can best be achieved which can be witnessed in the successfully delivered initiatives.
