Kirby’s career has seen her in roles as Architect, project leader and Design Manager prior to joining GroupGSA as Principal.  A believer that design outcomes are best enriched by diversity of thought and experience, she is experienced at leading large, multi-disciplinary design teams.

Kirby’s experience both practicing architecture and construction-side has seen her develop & execute high quality design on-time and on-budget leveraging DfMA & Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) on complex and award-winning work for public & private clients, across commercial & workplace, civic, education, research and hotel sectors. Passionate about the intersection of strategy, design and construction, highlights of her career include contributions to the Sydney Opera House Renewal, Moxy Hotel Sydney Airport and Synergy for CSIRO.  Currently Kirby is leading a large tranche investment in Living in Accommodation & support facilities for Defence; leveraging MMC.

With an established reputation for design leadership, project delivery and managing complexity - inception to completion - Kirby’s current role see’s her apply the breadth of her experience to the broader evolution and development of GroupGSA’s people, it’s design calibre and execution.
