A project and change management practitioner with over 15 years of experience managing change, Kylie’s current role has seen Major Road Projects Victoria invest more than $90mil with some of the most vulnerable and marginalised communities in Victoria, by engaging with an increasingly diverse workforce and supply chain.  Her focus is on collaborating with like-minded people to solve systemic challenges, connecting social enterprises and Aboriginal businesses to commercial opportunities in the civil infrastructure industry and reinforcing the value of maintaining a diverse supply chain and workforce.
