Maddelon is currently a Project Engineer on the Waterloo Integrated Station Development, Co-Chair of the Celebrate Women in John Holland (CWiJH) Network and Engagement Coordinator of Women in Engineering Sydney - Engineers Australia. She strives to be a future leader in the industry and a role model for younger female engineers.
