Nicole joined ACOR in late 2017 looking to return to her professional career in Human Resources after having children. Nicole brought to ACOR an extensive background in professional services including experience working abroad with an Engineering firm in London.

As an integral member of the Executive team, Nicole is passionate about working towards our mission of ‘creating an environment where our people thrive’. Nicole has made, and continues to make, several significant contributions to the business through a continued development of Our People strategy, ensuring we deliver on ACOR’s mission. She is passionate about the growth and development of our people and building ACOR to be a future-ready organisation, focused on our culture, and always remaining true to our values.

Nicole has grown the People Services team to now incorporate Leadership Development, Learning and Development and Talent Acquisition capabilities.
