With half her career in Copenhagen, Olivia Chylinski is a Senior Interior Designer at 3XN Australia. Her global experience spans twelve years, varying between the luxury hospitality and workplace sectors, at different scales and complexities. Understanding core principles of Danish, human-first design, Olivia brings a multitude of skills from key projects such as the twin-tower at 2 Finsbury Avenue in London, where she led the Interior Design at its conception, to a recently completed workplace in Fukuoka, Japan.

She is skilled in delivering a client’s vision, with a keen eye for detail, early spatial concepts, approach, and materiality, underpinned with her construction documentation and project management experience. Olivia’s expertise in Scandinavian form and simplicity, aids her ambition to expand and lead 3XN interiors into the Australian market. Within the studio, Olivia is passionate about knowledge sharing between interior design, and the work of in-house consultancy, GXN, to together integrate behavioural insights and sustainable practices into projects. Most recently, presenting with GXN to the wider 3XN community on how to merge findings in behaviour, multisensorial design and colour, in interior design from early project conception to completion. Inspiring staff and providing tangible methods to unfold this research into practice.
