People are the solution and what I have learnt during my career is that front line people are the solution to how we manage risk.

My diverse safety and risk management experience across many sectors of business including, civil and building construction, electrical engineering, rail, roads, telecommunications, manufacturing, hospitals, aged care, & disabilities has enabled me to build supportive relationships at all levels of business.
