Sam is an infrastructure cost and commercial expert with vast experience delivering megaprojects both in the United Kingdom and Australia. Starting his career in the UK after obtaining a Postgraduate Diploma in Quantity Surveying, he helped delivering several rail electrification and water assets projects. Shortly after, he was involved in Hinkley Point C – the first nuclear power station to be built in the UK since 1988.

Since moving to Australia, Sam has been part of some of the most transformational projects across the country including Canberra Light Rail, Coffs Harbour Bypass, Parramatta Light Rail, Sydney Metro, Zero Emission Buses and others. His expertise is in feasibility studies, estimating and cost planning, procurement and commercial management. In 2019, Sam joined WT leading the infrastructure sector in NSW.

Additionally to his day to day role, Sam has delivered several guest lectures at the University of Technology Sydney and presented at industry events.
