Taylor is an Associate Transport Engineer within WSP’s Planning & Mobility team with 14 years of experience delivering multi-modal sustainable transport planning, engineering, and design projects in Australia and the United States. Her technical focus areas include complete street design, road space reallocation/optimisation, tactical delivery methods, and zero-emission bus transition planning. 
Prior to joining WSP Australia, Taylor was the Deputy Director for Transit Development and a Project Manager at the New York City Department of Transportation where she was responsible for the planning, design, and delivery of transit priority projects and was a member of the NACTO Transit Street Design Guide Project Steering Committee.
