Hi, I’m Charlie, sales coach, mentor and advisor.

I’ve spent over 30 years in sales, on the frontline as well as recruiting, training and managing teams. Nowadays, I’m a specialist sales coach, sharing everything I’ve learned doing sales for companies big and small, public and private.

My vision is to live in a world where people love what they do, are proud of who they are and are empowered to achieve their sales goals.

A relationship-based approach

As you might guess from that quotation above, I’m all about relationship selling – building connections for the long term. Great sales people don’t just close the deal, they nurture long term relationships with their customers, so they get the business, keep the business and grow the business.

There are steps in the sales process, which I can teach you. Techniques to move the sale along. Systems and processes to run a team effectively. But at the heart of it, there are people selling to people. To increase sales and profitability, it’s essential to understand and develop your people so that they can sell in the way which works for them. As a sales coach, that’s what I excel at.
