Level the Site is a national initiative delivered by Master Builders Australia under the Australian Government’s Building Women’s Careers program. It focuses on driving structural and cultural change across the construction industry to improve workplace culture, retention and performance.

This session will explore the challenges facing the industry today, including workforce retention and site culture, and highlight practical approaches to creating more respectful, inclusive and high-performing workplaces. Drawing on industry research and program insights, it will also outline how engaging the existing workforce, particularly men, is critical to achieving long-term, sustainable change.
