Founded in October 2007, Guangzhou Sunspir Metal Products Co., Ltd. is a company specializing in the development and production of electric towel rails. After more than a decade of unremitting efforts and dedication, Sunspir have grown into the leading manufacturer of electric towel rails in China.
The company's current products include ladder type, designer type, floor-standing and other series. We handle all processing including bending, stamping and welding on different kinds of round, square and rectangular tubes. In order to improve the surface polishing level of the products, we invested in two automatic polishing machines in 2012, which significantly improved the surface quality of the products and kept us as the leading runner in the industry for years. In order to pursue the perfect product details, we began to apply the laser cutting process to the pipe processing in 2013, and was the first company to apply this advanced technology to the production of this product. In 2015, the company invested in the first laser cutting machine from domestic machine maker, and invested more than 1.4 million US dollar in 2017 to introduce new laser cutting machine imported from Italy. It is still the only company in China that has such advanced equipment. We have always maintained a strong interest in new equipment and new technologies, and continues to improve the company's production processes to achieve higher quality level. Now now we also have automated welding, automatic bending and 3D cutting.
Sunspir's quality management system has been approved as ISO9001:2008 in May of 2016 and updated to ISO9001:2015 in 2018. Meanwhile, we have been working closely with certification bodies such as Intertek, TUV and SGS. Our products were approved by these trustworthy 3-party labs and got approval such as CCC, CE, RoHS, REACH, SAA, INMETRO, etc., and are widely sold to Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland, Czech Republic and Brazil.
