The amended proposal addresses concerns raised in the initial rejection, focusing on compliance with height limits and integrating with the surrounding architecture. The project includes gallery spaces, guest suites, a rooftop bar, and other amenities. The rooftop bar, a key social space, features glazed screens for wind protection and safety.
