A few words from our amazing ambassadors…

“People are at the heart of what makes construction tick, and at no time has it been more critical to attract, retain and advance our people than now - with a massive pipeline of projects, sustainability challenges and enormous skills and talent shortages. Our focus must be on building fair, inclusive and respectful culture, so that construction becomes a sector of opportunity and choice for all. Positive workplace culture is the key to unlocking the industry's potential and success.” - Cathryn Greville, CEO, National Association of Women in Construction

“As a leader in data and analytics at JLL, I've witnessed firsthand how diversity and equality drive innovation in digital construction and sustainability. By championing inclusivity, we're not just building structures; we're constructing a future where diverse perspectives shape smarter, more sustainable cities. Embracing change and equality in construction isn't just the right thing to do—it's the key to unlocking groundbreaking solutions that will revolutionize our industry and create a more resilient, equitable built environment for generations to come.” - Anshu Chaudhary, Director - Data & Analytics, JLL

“Driving change and equality in the construction industry is crucial. We know equality brings diverse perspectives and will lead to more innovation. Construction is a dynamic industry, there will be immeasurable benefits to all if it could let down its walls and let the other 1/2 of the population in, to contribute to its success.” -  Kirsten Prince, Associate Director, Turner Townsend

"The impact we can make through leading by example is beyond measure. A small gesture can go a long way and often inspires and encourages others to carve new paths also. Aligning our daily conduct with our aspirations to commit to inclusivity, consideration for mental and other well-being and to provide a sustainable environment beyond designing sustainable buildings is of vital importance for creating a brighter future." - Katharina Koschitz, Principal, ThomsonAdsett
