Aaliyah Da Silva
Aaliyah Da Silva is the Training and Industry Capability Coordinator at Seymour Whyte, supporting the Upper South Creek Networks Program. Beginning her career as part of the pilot NSW Government Infrastructure Traineeship Program, she brings a first-hand understanding of workforce pathways and the development opportunities that shape emerging infrastructure professionals.
Working within an EPCM delivery model, she leads training and industry capability initiatives that support workforce upskilling and contractor maturity uplift. Her role spans designing internal development programs, contributing to structured capability frameworks, and advancing initiatives to strengthen long-term project performance.
Passionate about practical, embedded learning, Aaliyah believes capability is built on projects by equipping teams with the tools, confidence, and leadership skills they need to deliver today while preparing for tomorrow’s infrastructure challenges.
