Alicia is a Community and Stakeholder Engagement Manager with more than 15 years’ experience delivering major government, infrastructure and urban development projects across NSW. She specialises in building trusted relationships between project teams and the communities they impact, ensuring projects deliver meaningful social outcomes alongside construction delivery.

With a strong focus on community engagement, social sustainability and public participation, Alicia is passionate about creating positive social impact through initiatives that support local communities, strengthen cultural awareness, and advance diversity and women in leadership.

Known for her collaborative approach and ability to navigate complex environments, Alicia works to ensure communities feel heard, supported and genuinely involved throughout the lifecycle of major infrastructure projects.
