Annalise Knight operates at the intersection of low carbon construction and industrialised delivery. As Co-Founder of Brother Nature, she has spent a decade making environmentally conscious building methods work in practice: on real projects, at real budgets.

Building Elements grew from a direct frustration with that experience: that access to MMC solutions has been effectively gatekept by volume. The company's volumetric wet area systems are designed as a practical entry point into MMC and mass timber for builders and developers who don't have a Tier 1 pipeline to justify it - minimum order of one.

Annalise brings a product-led mindset to the panel — where performance, sustainability, and manufacturability are considered together, not in sequence. Her view is that the next evolution of MMC isn't just about how we build, but what we build with — and that broadening access at the smaller end of the market is a required step towards making the shift real.
