Annalyse Lister is a Wellbeing Advisor with the Delivering 4 Customers joint venture (John Holland Group), where she leads the strategic delivery of health and wellbeing services across a large construction project workforce, driving injury prevention, early intervention, and proactive support programs on the ground.

A qualified physiotherapist, Annalyse has spent over a decade leading health and operational teams across aged care, NDIS, and major infrastructure. She is also a former AFLW player with the Greater Western Sydney Giants, where she represented not only on the field but off it, serving as Vice President of the AFL Players Association, successfully negotiating collective bargaining agreements, and championing the interests of players across the competition.

Annalyse's unique background, spanning elite sport, clinical practice, executive leadership, and major infrastructure, gives her a uniquely informed perspective on the mental health pressures facing workers in high-demand environments and what it takes to build high-performing teams and healthy workplace cultures.
