As The Healthy Home Expert™ and Founder of Construction Chicks, I am dedicated to transforming how we design and build homes so they support human health and empower the women who help create them. My work integrates building biology, material transparency, and practical construction, and I have developed leading education programs such as the Certified Healthy Building Professional™ course and the Material Health Navigator™ framework. Through my not-for-profit, The Transparency Movement™, I advocate for ingredient disclosure and safer materials, pushing for an industry where health, ethics, and accountability are non-negotiable. Through Construction Chicks, I champion visibility, community, and support for women across all roles in construction, from trades to design to consulting. As a Women in Construction Ambassador, I would bring a health-first, science-driven perspective to the built environment while uplifting and inspiring women to lead confidently, speak up for safety, and shape a more inclusive, transparent industry. I am committed to advocacy, education, and elevating the next generation of women in construction.
