Anthony Höglind
Anthony Höglind is a global workplace strategist with deep expertise in experience-led environments, portfolio performance, and cross-cultural client engagement. With more than 15 years of international experience across Australia, APAC, Europe, and the Middle East, he helps organisations rethink how and where work gets done. His background spans coworking and flexible workspace operations, Workspace as a Service, workplace furniture, interior design, and hospitality, giving him a practical understanding of workplace experience that extends well beyond the physical office.
Drawing on Scandinavian human centred design, Asian efficiency in high density environments, and Australian workplace culture, Anthony leads conversations that move past space as the starting point. He challenges organisations to first define what actually needs to get done and whether they truly trust their people to deliver it. He then works with leaders, designers, and workplace providers to shape environments, service models, and portfolio strategies that enable teams to perform at their best, regardless of location.
A strong advocate for experience based working, Anthony focuses on creating the conditions for connection, collaboration, accountability, and measurable performance. He integrates spatial strategy, service design, hospitality thinking, and functional furniture solutions to support cultures where people are empowered to choose how they work best. Fluent in English, Arabic, Swedish, and Danish, he brings global perspective and cultural fluency to conversations about the evolving nature of work and organisational trust.
