Anthony Whipps plays a leading role in shaping GHD’s Data Centre sector engagement across the APAC region, supporting strategic pursuits and working with clients to respond to the rapid growth and technical complexity of the sector.

He is also the Service Line Leader for Building Services in APAC, responsible for the technical capability and development of Building Engineering teams. In this role, Anthony focuses on embracing technological change, strengthening core competencies, and ensuring teams are equipped to meet evolving market and client expectations.

Anthony brings broad experience across Transport, Water, and Energy infrastructure, as well as Industrial Manufacturing, Mining, and Life Sciences, with a strong interest in how digital infrastructure and building services are converging to support future cities and resilient assets.
