With over 25 years of expertise in construction and property development, I proudly serve as the General Manager at Ace Property Development Group in Sydney, Australia. Throughout my career, I’ve delivered more than 3,000 homes and hotel rooms and contributed to the design and planning of over 5,000 occupancies across residential, mixed-use, and industrial projects.

My experience spans the full development lifecycle — from acquisition and feasibility, through to detailed design, construction delivery, and operational management, including within our Build-to-Rent portfolio. I take pride in instilling a culture of quality at Ace PDG, built around our motto: “Designed with love, built to last.”

During my tenure at Frasers, I led delivery on the award-winning Putney Hill project. Prior roles with Fugen and Toga gave me valuable insight into both construction methodology and hotel design, shaping a holistic approach to development that’s grounded in design integrity and commercial pragmatism.

I also serve as Chair of Essential Need, a nonprofit focused on providing access to clean water for all.
