Azza Hassanin brings over 26 years of expertise in building approvals, private certifications, and building code compliance to the table. As an unrestricted A1 Accredited Certifier and key member of the Cushman & Wakefield Building Consultancy team, she provides commercial and technical advice to clients across a broad range of sectors, drawing on her deep knowledge of local and state government planning and building legislation.

Throughout her career, Azza has consulted for some of Australia's most prominent councils and government bodies, including Canterbury-Bankstown Council and the Department of Planning & Infrastructure. Her hands-on experience spans over 300 building inspections and technical due diligence reports for high-profile assets across Australia and New Zealand.

In 2021, Azza was recognised as the recipient of the prestigious 'Woman of the Built Environment Award' by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), a testament to her impact and leadership in the industry.
