Ben Woltmann is a senior strategy and transformation leader at NSW Transport Asset Manager, where he works at the intersection of government, industry, and infrastructure delivery. He currently leads complex reform initiatives across asset custodianship, governance, and digital uplift for major transport portfolios, including heavy rail. With deep experience navigating large, multi-stakeholder environments, Ben focuses on aligning policy, commercial models, and digital capability to improve outcomes across the construction and infrastructure lifecycle. He is  passionate about practical collaboration between government and industry to drive sustainable, data-enabled transformation.
