Bhoomi Patel is a public sector leader with over 15 years’ experience across building regulation, fire safety and complex remediation programs within the NSW construction sector. She brings specialist expertise in building surveying applied to high‑risk building typologies, with a strong focus on enabling compliant building pathways.

Most recently, Bhoomi served as Director of Project Remediate, leading one of the NSW Government’s largest and most complex building safety initiatives to address combustible cladding risks in high‑risk residential buildings across New South Wales. She provided strategic leadership across technical assurance and risk‑based decision‑making, while enabling the adoption of emerging building technologies and Modern Methods of Construction. Bhoomi is recognised for her practical leadership, strong stakeholder engagement and commitment to advancing compliance across the built environment.
