Statement: When given an opportunity or obstacle always focus on the outcome, it’s there it’s easily obtained if you don’t loose sight. 

Mental Health Ambassador Statement: I believe that the well-being of workers in the industry is often overlooked, despite the unique pressures and challenges they face. Construction workers encounter high stress environments, physical demands, long hours, and the stigma surrounding mental health, which can all have a lasting impact on their emotional and psychological well-being. By becoming an ambassador, I want to raise awareness, break down the stigma, and advocate for practical solutions to support mental health at all levels of the industry. This would include promoting open conversations, providing accessible resources, and ensuring that mental health is treated with the same importance as physical health on construction sites. I am committed to fostering care, where workers feel empowered to seek support without fear of judgement, and where mental health is viewed as integral to overall safety and success in the field. I know that together we can build a foundation of resilience and well-being that supports both the mental health of workers and the strength of the construction industry as a whole.
