As Senior Manager, Operations (Construction) at TAFE NSW, Brett is focused on supporting small to medium construction businesses to modernise, become more efficient, and meet the growing challenges of Australia’s housing crisis.  Lead the Modernisation of Carpentry and Plumbing project, by driving innovation in trade education through connected delivery, digitisation, and AI integration — helping ensure TAFE NSW remains at the forefront of skills development for the construction workforce.  His journey from a builder and carpenter to a Vocational Education and Training (VET) professional reflects his passion for developing future-ready tradies and educators. Brett is deeply committed to transforming how we teach and learn — making it smarter, safer, and more aligned with real industry needs. My mission is clear: to build smarter together and prepare Australia’s construction workforce for a digital, connected future.
